I am 60 years old lady that hasn't exercised much ever, and when I saw John's enthusiasm for kettlebells, I decided to give it a try as I wanted to lose about 15 pounds. I met with John for several lessons. It took a couple of weeks to develop my flexibility to where I could work even the most basic movements down, but he was patient with me and kept up with my progress by phone and email. After 3 months, I have lost 10 pounds. I probably could have done more faster had I tried harder, but I am 60! --Lois, Murfreesboro, TN
