Without a doubt, kettlebell training is the hottest movement in the Strength and Conditioning field today.  There are plenty of DVD's available by "experts" and tons of youtube videos trying to show how to do  exercises (most of them wrong).  Even Jillian Michaels got into the act with a Biggest Loser commercial.  (HINT:  If you want to do kettlebells...DO NOT FOLLOW Jillian's example here.)

Even if you find the right DVD's, videos, and books to watch, there is only so much you can learn.  I personally went that route, using Pavel's Enter the Kettlebell book/DVD set to start.  However, I ran into a wall because one can only go so far using this route until a qualified instructor can explain the exercises clearly and correct any fundamental technique problems that are hindering gains.  Eventually, I sought out a certified RKC instructor that corrected my problems and set me on the right track.

I say this to emphasize that in order to accomplish your goals, you are probably going to have to get qualified instruction eventually.  For some people, 1-3 sessions will do the job and they take off on their own.  Others fare better with supervised workout sessions.  Others desire help developing a personalized program special to their own needs.
