Kettlebells for Women: The Gym in your Hand PDF Print E-mail

Let's face it...some of the best kettlebell students, instructors, and enthusiasts are those of the gentler sex.  Many a "girevik" is thankful to Tracy Reifkind, RKC for contribution of the sock sleeve.  Many military men have benefited from Sara Cheatham, Sr. RKC at Ft. Bragg, NC.  At the RKC certification that I was recently at, ladies were well represented as both assistant instructors as well as instructor candidates.

What makes kettlebell instruction so attractive for women is its total versatility.  If you are a woman reading this article, you probably don't aspire to the level of RKC instructor or to be able to fight like the special forces elite.  That's OK--most women doing kettlebells don't.

In my experience, the desire of most women can be boiled down to having a lean, low-body fat, toned, sexy, trim body that is able to keep up with the children, have enough stamina to make it through the day, has more energy, and simply makes you feel confident and good about yourself.  What you DON'T want is something so complicated that you'll never get it down.  Oh...and one more thing...you don't want to spend half of every day doing it, either.

Enter the Kettlebell.

Yoga with weights?  Believe me, you will get flexible using kettlebells.  Advanced Pilates?  You could call it that too!  Nothing works on the midsection and core strength like the kettlebell!  Lose body fat?  See my other article on the essential elements of fat loss.

Want privacy?  Do it at your home--in a garage, in your backyard, etc.  Never need to go into a commercial gym again.  Going on vacation?  Take it with you...this truly is a gym that you can hold in your hand...From Russia with Love!

Ladies, contact me today and learn more about how I can help you with your physical goals using a kettlebell.  Also, click here to get information about Pavel's book/DVD "From Russia with Tough Love".
