Free Lessons for Law Enforcement During October PDF Print E-mail
Many law enforcement officers, particularly in large cities, use kettlebells as a part of their strength training (Crossfit).  They never know when they might need fighting strength or skill, or to be able to carry people down stairs, etc.  The danger that these men and women put themselves through is often unappreciated by the vast population.

Here at the Southeastern Kettlebell Club, we would like to make a special offer.  If you are a member of law enforcement, a fire fighter, or in the military, I am offering free kettlebell lessons to you throughout the month of October.  We will meet at the Manchester, McMinnville, or Morrison park (depending on what's best for you).  We will also train your spouse if he/she is interested.

You will need a kettlebell (8 kg for ladies and 16 kg for men is recommended unless you already have experience).  Call me at 931-273-6139 to set up an appointment.
